What personal information do we collect?
We collect the following information about a player of the Moonbase application:
- Phone number
- Player name
We collect the following information about you automatically:
- Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, IMEI)
- Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language
- Data about your use of Moonbase, such as gameplay data and your interactions with other players (chat logs) inside Moonbase
We collect the following information from our partners:
- Demographic data (such as to determine the coarse location of your IP address)
- Data to fight fraud (such as refund abuse in games or click fraud in advertising)
- Data from platforms that Moonbase runs on (such as to verify payment)
- Data for analytics purposes, so we can provide you a better game experience
Giving us this information is voluntary. However, if you do not give us this information, we will not be able to provide the product you request from us.
What do we do with the personal information that we collect?
The information we collect may be used in the following ways:
- To register you as a player and to update your profile
- To enable you to communicate with other players
- To customize your Moonbase experience

Who can see your data?
Apart from Moonbase, your data can be accessed by others in the following way:
- Other players may see your profile data, public in-game activities and messages you have posted to them
- Our partners who process your data only at and according to Moobase’s instructions such as hosting, player support, analytics and fraud prevention.
- We may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests, in order to combat fraud and illegal activity.
Do we transfer your information to other countries?
As an international company that does business in different countries, it may be necessary for us to transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction other than your own for the purposes of operating this website and/or providing our products and services.
We process information, including personal information, on our servers which are located in Frankfurt, Germany.
When we do need to transfer your information to another country, we will only do so if that country has sufficient legal protection available to protect your information.
How can you request the erasure of the personal information that we collect?
You may request us to erase any personal information stored by Moonbase when that information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed. Unless we have a valid reason for rejecting your request, we will erase the personal information in question as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than one month from the date we received your request.
Unless otherwise indicated, we delete your data as soon as we no longer need it. The data will also be erased or blocked if a storage period determined by law expires, unless a further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract is necessary.
